Damnable influence

I finished Dave Eggers's A.H.W.O.S.G. yesterday. I'm horrified at the thought of how much it will affect my writing. Damn Dave Eggers! Damn Dave Eggers and his golden touch! And while I'm at it, damn Ben Brown, too!
