Two takes on good experience

Mark Hurst’s Gel conference has been releasing videos of past presentations for some time now, and I’ve enjoyed the occasional video I’ve watched (Marie Lorenz’s Tide and Current Taxi was fun).

Yesterday I watched two that Mark recommended, and I have to repeat his recommendation: watch both Natasha Schull’s talk on the gambling industries efforts in customer experience and John Williams’s talk on the founding of his winery and vineyard Frog’s Leap.
